Laboratoire International Associé – Photonique pour l’Innovation en Quantique (LIA-PIQ) has been established in collaboration between Laval University, Canada and Telecom Paris (Institut Polytechnique de Paris), France.  The objective of LIA-PIQ is to strengthen the technological sovereignty of Canada and Franc on development of quantum photonic devices for quantum information, detection and secure communications.
